PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Our goal is to make you one of our happy return
customers. In order to do this, we state clearly on this page our
expectations of you, the customer. Please read below our payment rules
and options, and our shipping rules.
We believe we know your expectations of us. However, if you ever feel
we don't live up to your business, or you have a comment or suggestion,

PAYMENT RULES AND OPTIONS

your purchase using our shopping-cart function with complete SSL
(Secured Socket Layer) encryption security.

a1) We accept PayPal payments. However, you must
have a
VERIFIED PayPal
account to
use this option.
b2) You may mail us a U.S. domestic money order from a
recognized institution ~ ie., U.S. banks, USPS, etc.
c3) You may mail us a personal check [drawn on a
U.S. bank only].

On this form, you will choose your payment method. If sending
in checks or money orders, expect 7 business
days delay, prior to shipping,
beginning on the date we receive your payment [for bank clearing].
Note:
Your total purchase price always includes applicable sales tax. Therefore, we
do not show tax as a separate charge. However, the State of New Mexico
requires our business to pay tax of 7.25% on all sales, regardless of
destination.
SHIPPING RULES

We ship on Wednesdays each week. Orders received by Saturday are shipped
out the
following Wednesday.
* If your order must be delayed for any reason, we will notify you via
email.

Where feasible, we will combine shipping for several items purchased.
* Shipping/handling charge is our actual shipping
expense, plus $1.50 handling.
* We reserve the right to ship "best way", which includes USPS, UPS,
and FEDEX.
* If your billing address is a PO Box, AFO, etc., you MUST also supply
us with your
physical shipping address [as recognized by common carriers].
Otherwise, your
shipment may be delayed.

Buyers [below].
NOTICE TO BUYERS:
TorC Ceramics is committed to providing a 100% customer satisfaction. All of
the final products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.
TorC Ceramics recommends that you handle products you have received from us
carefully - they are breakable.Once
your item leaves our business - by door or by shipment -
you, the customer, accept sole responsibility for the condition of your item
purchased.
All items for sale in bisque are also available for sale in greenware.
However, we reserve the right to refuse shipping of any item in greenware
that we feel will not arrive at destination in pristine condition.
Your option, as buyer, is to purchase the same item in bisque. Please
consider purchasing offered and available, sometimes additional, insurance for your
shipment. TorC Ceramics will not be held responsible for loss or damage
during shipping or following your receipt of the shipment.
If an
item we've shipped is delivered to the wrong address due to your giving
incorrect checkout information, it is your responsibility as buyer to pay for
all relevant charges of recovering the lost parcel. If the package is
unrecoverable, then it is your responsibility to pay for any fees or charges
that may have occurred. TorC Ceramics will not be held liable for a refund
of any amount paid for any shipped packages delivered to the wrong address, due
to incorrect customer information at checkout.
In the
event that you receive a wrong item from us, upon returning the item
received to us, we will then ship to you a corrected item. Returns are not
accepted, except in the event of incorrect shipment by us, and the return must
be in like condition as when shipped by us to be considered for restocking.
For a shipped item to be considered and/or accepted for return, buyer must obtain an RMA number
from us.

customers.
